Social Credit - Yhteiskunnallinen Luototus

Social Credit oli kovasti esillä 1920- ja 1930-luvulla. Clifford Hugh Douglas nimesi ensimmäisenä käsitteen social credit ja vaati sillä keinoin valtiota paikkaamaan puuttuvan ostavoiman -luomalla korotonta yhteiskunnalista luottoa kansalaisille.
Löysin vihdoin keskustelun radio-ohjelmassa missä tästä kolmannesta vaihtoehdosta puhutaan selväkielisesti - tosin englanniksi. Asiantuntija Yves Jaques on kanadalainen ja oli yksi American Monetary Instituten tämän vuoden kokouksen vieraita.

Osa 1.

Osa 2.

Radio-ohjelmasta kerrotaan näin (pienin korjauksin):
"Mark Anderson interviewed Yves Jaques and they discussed a financial system called "Social Credit" which would eliminate taxes and offer investment capital to finance production without generating inflation. The system would also eliminate usury from the production of currency.

Social Credit is a viable alternative to both the bankster controlled Federal Reserve System and the goldbug controlled Ron Paul Revolution. There are perhaps a few bugs in the system which can be easily worked out and which are by no means fatal to the system."

Poimintoja ohjelman keskustelusta:

- "money is just a reflection of the wealth of production in a society".
Raha on siis pelkkä heijastus yhteiskunnan tuotannon luomasta vauraudesta.

-"The first duty of a government is to coin its own money". Valtionhallinnon ensimmäinen tehtävä on järjestää itselleen omat rahansa.

-"The money is just the tool for the citizens to choose the goods they need". Raha on pelkkä työkalu jolla kansalainen voi itse valita tarvitsemansa hyödykkeet.

"Most goods are more and more often made by machines therefore full employment is an impossibility" Yhä useammin tuotteet valmistetaan koneilla - siksi täysi työllisyys on mahdottomuus.

"In a social credit system the banks would continue to exist but would not be able to create money." Pankeille olisi edelleen paikka social-credit-yhteiskunnassa mutta eivät voisi enää luoda rahaa tyhjästä kuten tänä päivänä voivat.

"No longer would the government borrow from the banks - but the banks would borrow from the government." Valtion hallinto ei enää lainaisi pankeilta - vaan nyt pankit lainaisivat valtiolta.

Hyvä blogi mistä löytyy kaikkea CH Douglasiin liittyvää. Kirjatkin voi ladata itselleen.
